Job Description
Position in the Secure Unit – C3W, Day shift, with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20, offers an opportunity for Registered Professional Nurses to assess, plan, coordinate, and manage patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
Responsible for delivering compassionate, competent care to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty, with opportunities to advance to proficient or expert status.
Ensures adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations, by providing access to sensitive information on a âneed to knowâ basis and protecting data from unauthorized access.
