This RN position in the Secure Unit – C3W involves assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
Responsibilities include ensuring compassionate, competent care delivery to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to proficient or expert in their specialty.
The role requires adherence to privacy and security standards, including protecting sensitive information and complying with HIPAA and state regulations.
Work shift: Day; Salary range: $68,640 – $70,699.20; Hourly: $33.00 – $33.99.
