Job Description
This Clinical Nurse C4 position is in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit, working day shifts in the USA, with a salary range of $68,640 to $70,699.20 (hourly minimum $33.00).
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within acute care.
The nurse ensures the delivery of competent, compassionate care to patients, families, and team members across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Responsible for coordinating care provided by the caregiving team and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, including access to sensitive information based on âneed to know.â
This role requires adherence to policies protecting Protected Health Information and maintaining confidentiality and security of patient data.
