Job Description

This RN position in the Secure Unit (C3W) offers a day shift with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20, or hourly $33.00 – $33.99.

  • Responsibilities include assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, and managing patient care throughout the episode, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
  • Ensures the delivery of competent, compassionate care to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
  • Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to proficient or expert in a chosen specialty.
  • Role may involve handling sensitive information protected by HIPAA and other regulations, requiring confidentiality and proper access controls.
