Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit – C3W works day shifts to assess, coordinate, plan, and manage patient care throughout their stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and smooth transitions.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating compassionate, competent care for patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent and potentially to proficient or expert status within a specialty.
Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,699.20, with hourly rates from $33.00 to $33.99.
Ensures compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards, including HIPAA, by accessing only necessary information and safeguarding it from unauthorized access.
