Job Description
This Registered Professional Nurse role in the Secure Unit (C3W) involves assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care throughout the episode of care, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions within the acute stay.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care with a team, ensuring compassionate, competent service to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to competent within a specialty, with opportunities to advance to proficient or expert status.
Work shift is Day, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, and hourly pay between $33.00 and $33.99.
