Job Description
This RN position in the Secure Unit – C3W involves assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsibilities include ensuring compassionate, competent care for patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty, with opportunities to advance to proficient or expert levels.
Work shift is daytime with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20, hourly pay between $33.00 and $33.99.
Role requires adherence to confidentiality and data protection regulations, including HIPAA, ensuring information access is based on âneed to knowâ and properly protected.
