This Night shift RN position in the Secure Unit (C3W) offers a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
The RN assesses, plans, coordinates, and manages patient care throughout the episode, focusing on discharge progress and transitions during acute care.
Responsible for ensuring competent, compassionate care by the caregiving team across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to proficient or expert within a specialty.
The role may require access to sensitive health information, with strict adherence to privacy standards and minimum necessary access.
Hourly compensation ranges from $33.00 to $33.99.
