Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, recognizing the value of each team member’s contribution.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Orders and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
  • Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
