Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are required.
The role involves working night shifts with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20/hourly range of $33.00-$33.99.
