Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Collaborates with the team to develop and guide care plans, directing ancillary staff as needed.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role requires adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards, with access limited to necessary information.
