Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting procedures in compliance with regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment in care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality improvement principles.
