Job Description
The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate care environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient Care Plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
This role may involve access to sensitive information, which must be protected according to policies and regulations.
