Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions and collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Assesses patient needs, applies sound judgment, and provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Directs ancillary staff, maintains professional standards, and ensures safety and confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with policies and regulations.
