Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and tests.
Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to create care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, and a valid RN license.
Requires BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
