Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
This role involves handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
