Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
The role involves maintaining patient safety, adhering to regulations, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
