The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Evaluates patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to create patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
The role may involve handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
