Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma unit provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, responds to care requirements, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely and adhering to privacy regulations.
