Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient needs.
Assesses and interprets diagnostic tests to inform care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
This role requires adherence to privacy policies and secure handling of sensitive information.
