The Clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma-B3 department works night shifts to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and assessing patient needs.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include RN licensure in NY, 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information under strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.
