Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma unit works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care and collaborating with the team to develop and implement care plans.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, evaluating diagnostic tests, and providing both primary and emergency care.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality concepts.
The role involves maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations, ensuring information is accessed and used appropriately.
