Job Description
This Clinical Nurse role in the Emergency Department involves providing compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in decision-making.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to create and implement patient care plans and guides ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
Ensures compliance with privacy regulations, protecting sensitive information based on “need to know” and minimum necessary access.
The role requires working night shifts, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
