The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening to patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
