Job Description
The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care per regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary personnel, maintaining professional standards.
The role may involve access to sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy and security policies.
