This clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care in a Medical/Surgical Hospitalist setting with a day shift, offering a salary between $68,640 and $70,699.20.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and documenting care according to regulations.
Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and apply sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and collaborate with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guide ancillary staff, maintain professional standards, and contribute to a caring environment through kindness and active listening.
