The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening to patients, families, and colleagues.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents accordingly.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.

Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.

Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans.

Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.

Requires a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, and a current RN license.

Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
