Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and tests.
Evaluates patient conditions through diagnostic tests and assesses care needs.
Applies sound nursing judgment for patient management and provides emergency and primary care.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a professional nursing degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Adheres to confidentiality and information security policies.
