Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, supporting the mission’s success.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow patient care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality principles.
The role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
