Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, recognizing each employeeâs contribution to the mission.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents appropriately.
Interprets diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs and responses, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administers medications as ordered, and collaborates on care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree in nursing, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, following privacy regulations and policies.
