Provides clinical expertise, education, consultation, and leadership in designated areas to enhance patient outcomes and staff development.
Ensures regulatory compliance and facilitates process improvements through project team leadership and collaboration.
Requires a BSN, RN licensure in Connecticut, five+ years of clinical/educational/nursing management experience, and certifications in BCLS and ACLS. A master’s degree is preferred.
Leads staff orientation, competency assessments, and educational programs, monitoring quality standards and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Acts as an expert resource, promotes evidence-based practice, supports research integration, and fosters team collaboration to optimize patient care and organizational efficiency.
