  • Provides clinical expertise, education, consultation, and leadership in designated areas to enhance patient outcomes and staff development.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and facilitates process improvements through project team leadership and collaboration.
  • Requires a BSN, RN licensure in Connecticut, five+ years of clinical/educational/nursing management experience, and certifications in BCLS and ACLS. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Leads staff orientation, competency assessments, and educational programs, monitoring quality standards and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Acts as an expert resource, promotes evidence-based practice, supports research integration, and fosters team collaboration to optimize patient care and organizational efficiency.
