The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by actively listening and creating a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues, recognizing everyone’s valuable contribution.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information per privacy regulations and ensuring data protection.
