Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by actively listening and creating a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues, recognizing everyone’s valuable contribution.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
The role may require handling sensitive information, ensuring access is limited to what is necessary and protected from unauthorized access.
