Seeking a Post-Surgical Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during shifts.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and ensure efficient patient flow.
Participate in evaluating care quality and collaborate with team members to improve outcomes.
Support a patient-first approach, engage in service recovery, and promote staff teamwork.
Contribute to staff hiring, training, scheduling, and manage supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with policies and assist in staff development.
Qualifications include RN licensure, Associate Degree, and BLS certification; ACLS required within 30 days.
