Job Description

Seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Med Surg Unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during shifts.

  • Assist with patient admission and discharge for efficient throughput.
  • Participate in assessing and improving care quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster teamwork and support patient satisfaction.
  • Support staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory control.
  • Ensure staff are trained in ACLS and BLS within 30 days of employment.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure and diploma, with leadership and communication skills.
