Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to manage clinical and operational functions on a Med Surg unit.
Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supervising staff during assigned shifts.
Collaborates with management to evaluate nursing care, coordinate patient placement, and address educational needs.
Ensures effective communication with physicians, monitors patient conditions, and oversees timely orders.
Requires Florida RN license or approved multistate license, BLS certification, and preferred 2+ years acute care RN experience.
Additional certifications like NIH Stroke Scale, ACLS, PALS, and Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within specified timeframes.
