Seeking a Labor and Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and oversee unit operations during assigned shifts.
Responsible for facilitating admissions, discharges, and evaluating care quality in collaboration with management.
Supports teamwork, patient-first philosophy, service recovery, and staff engagement initiatives.
Assists with staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and inventory management.
Ensures compliance with certifications such as ACLS, BLS, Neonate Resuscitate, and RN licensure within specified timeframes.
Requires an Associate Degree, with certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, Neonate Resuscitate, and RN registration.
