Job Description
Seeking a full-time Charge RN for a Behavioral Health Unit opening in fall 2024.
Supervise and mentor nursing/support staff during night shifts.
Determine staffing levels based on census, patient acuity, and staff ability.
Provide direct patient care as needed and collaborate with staff to solve problems.
Ensure a positive patient experience and evaluate care effectiveness.
Manage supplies and equipment to support safe, quality care.
Create an environment supporting professional growth and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications include:
Graduate of an approved program, BSN preferred.
Current RN license in Nevada.
Minimum one year of acute hospital experience.
Certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS are preferred.
