Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct audits, manage clinical programs, and assist with staff education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
Ensure proper infection control practices and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
Minimum two years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Passion for resident care and staff development.
