Job Description
The STAT Clinical Support Nurse works night shifts in Critical Care Support Services, responding to urgent hospital codes and emergencies.
Responsibilities include assessing patient health, implementing interventions, stabilizing decompensating patients, managing ICU and floor patients, and coordinating higher-level care when needed.
Provides education on clinical deterioration, conducts mock code training, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requires a nursing degree, current RN licensure in New York, minimum of 3 years ICU experience, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret policies and documentation.
The role offers a salary range of $74,484 – $122,907, with night shift hourly pay between $35.81 and $59.09.
