Job Title: Logistics Lead

Location: Reston, Virginia

Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics operations for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Manage inventory and track shipments to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics experience, preferably in defense contracting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the continental US.
