Job Title: Mechanical Assembler – 2nd Shift

Description: The Mechanical Assembler 2nd Shift is responsible for mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for various clutch, brake, and gearmotor product lines. The shift runs Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with a 15% shift differential and potential overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
