Job Description

Job Title: Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – Concord, NC

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Experience with pediatric and G-tube care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for Monday shifts.
