Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN Weekend Shifts)

Location: Regina Care Center, Hastings, MN

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the therapy team.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota PTA license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
