Job Title: Senior Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to develop innovative packaging solutions.
• Ensure packaging designs meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Conduct testing for manufacturing, filling, shipping, and display conditions.
• Analyze packaging performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging design and development.
• Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
