Job Title: Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble precast concrete forms and molds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience in carpentry, preferably in precast concrete.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.
