Job Title: Executive Operations Associate
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to execute company priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across teams.
- Track progress on key projects and provide timely updates to the CEO.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Support the development and implementation of operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
