Job Description

Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Summary: Operates manual welders and weld robots to fabricate metal weldments from materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate welding machines to produce high-quality weldments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
