Position Summary: Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, ongoing position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to patients, promoting recovery and enhancing mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
