Job Title: Production Operator / Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and second-operation machines efficiently.
• Inspect, trim, test, fixture, assemble, and package products to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in machine operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
